These Terms govern your use of the ImmiGo platform and services.
1. Introduction
Welcome to ImmiGo App, operated by ImmiGo Solutions, a company incorporated in the United States. These Terms of Service govern your use of our immigration case-tracking platform, including the app, websites, and related services. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. What ImmiGo Is
ImmiGo is an informational tool. We retrieve case status from official USCIS sources and notify you when it changes.
Important: ImmiGo is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by USCIS or any government agency. Information in the App is shown for convenience and may differ from or lag behind official records. Always rely on official USCIS channels for legal decisions.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree to give true and complete information and to keep it current. You are responsible for your password and for activity under your account.
Security: Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
Authorized Use: You may track multiple cases, including a family member's case, when you are authorized to do so.
4. Your Responsibilities
Valid Data: Enter only Receipt Numbers that belong to you or that you are authorized to monitor.
Prohibited Actions: Do not submit false info, bypass security, scrape systems, or use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.
5. USCIS Data and Notifications
Case data comes from USCIS systems and depends on their availability and accuracy. Notifications are a convenience and may be delayed or fail. Do not rely only on notifications for time-sensitive decisions.
6. Your Data and Account
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can delete any case in the App at any time. To close your account and permanently delete your data, go to Profile → Delete account or email info@immigosolutions.com. We complete deletion within 30 days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and design belong to ImmiGo or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal license to use the App. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App without consent.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ImmiGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, inaccuracies, or reliance on information from the Services.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or use the Services in a harmful way.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. When changes are material, we will ask for your active consent in the App before they apply to you, and we will give you a plain-language summary of what changed.
